Yandex Food, a subsidiary of Russian Internet giant Yandex, first reported the data leak on March 1, alleging that "Dishonest act" by one of the Company's employees. And note that the leak doesn't include

the user's login information. Russian communications regulator Roskomnadzor has threatened to fine the company up to 100,000 rubles (~$1,166 USD) for the leak, which Reuters said disclosed the data of about 58,000 users.

Roskomnadzor also blocked access to online maps containing information. This is an attempt to conceal information of the general public, including those involved in Russia's military and security services.
